I've been completely hooked watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the last few months now. A new episode is released every Thursday on Funimation's Web site (it's also on Hulu and YouTube, but a couple of episodes behind the ones on Funimation's site) and every single episode has been awesome.
With every popular anime seems to come a videogame of sorts and Brotherhood is no different. Fullmetal Alchemist: To the Promised Day is coming out on the PSP in Japan on May 20 and follows the events taking place in the series. The Namco Bandai published title is a role playing game and looks like it will be pretty true to the series.
A couple of Fullmetal Alchemist games were released on the PlayStation 2 a while back so I wouldn't be surprised to see the new PSP game hitting American shores down the line. So who else is digging Brotherhood?

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Unfortunately, as far as I've heard, all of the FMA games to date have been pretty shameless cash-ins with no real substance. Would be cool if it lived up to the quality of the show.
Curious to see how this one will come out. Some of the running animations looked kind of stiff.
Also, >streaming.
And I'd say it's starting to finally reach an end. Hopefully it reaches that point before Brotherhood has to start throwing in fillers.
Anyways, a game that follows the manga? KICK-ASS. I've been slacking on watching Brotherhood (only about 15 or 20 eps in), but I've been keeping up with the manga for a year or two. Tis greatsauce. I loved the first anime, and the manga was fifty thousand times better.
I've just been sticking to the sub, as the dub really hasn't been doing much for me this time around (that may change when the other manga characters debut)
I still enjoy the anime but I got impatient and read the manga up to current and now I see where they cut out a bunch of stuff, and they're usually my favorite scenes T_T
Clearly my FMA addiction will not end until the series completes itself. Much like my addiction to Kingdom Hearts.
As for the game, looks cool, the PS2 games were actually pretty fun. Too bad I don't have a PSP.
I've played the ps2 games and they were good action games(slightly mediocre though)I think the series lends itself more to an Rpg style then an adventure game. A fullmetal alchemist RPG would be amazing. just have it be a constant 2 charecter party with ed and al, then have frequent guest charecters like mustang or hawkeye. I just blew my own mind!
