Full Rock Band Country Track Pack track listing revealed photo

In before “OMG, it’s called 'Rock' Band, not 'country' band LOLZ.” Say what you will, but the country music genre is one of the most popular in United States. And with that, more than a few people should be excited about Harmonix’s upcoming retail Rock Band Country Track pack, which ships on July 21 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

This isn’t the first retail track pack available, but the Country Track Pack is special in that it’s the first to contain tracks not previously available to the Rock Band platform as DLC. While the tracks will eventually be made available as DLC on the Rock Band store, if you want to espouse the virtues of knowing when to hold ‘em and knowing when to fold’ em, you’ll have to pick up the pack. There’s 13 of these exclusive tracks to be exact, including Kenny Chesney’s “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy” and Kenny Roger’s “The Gambler.”

As with other track packs, the songs will be exportable to your hard drive for use in Rock Band or Rock Band 2; the $29.99 track pack can also be played on its own.

The full track listing can be found after the jump; the tracks with the asterisk are those “exclusive for a limited time” tracks we were talking about.

  • Alan Jackson - "Good Time"*

Actually, I like country. I am not a fan, but I find it relaxing.

The genre that us most popular because the majority of this country are uneducated sheep that love lazy music that massages their reproductive organs rather than brains.

Oh no...I can hear the drunken out-of-tune voices now.

There are only 2 songs on that list I want to play, gambler and on the road again. It needs more Hank Williams (original) or David Allen Coe.

What sucks is that I dislike country yet I hear it so often! Given where I live, I guess that's understandable. *sighs*

If I had Rock Band, I'd steer clear of this easily.

Not a lot of good music there... Needs to ditch country and go with Radiohead for maximum enjoyment!

There is no Waylon Jennings, no George Jones, no George Strait, no Hank, no Johnny Cash, no David Allan Coe. This isn't country, it's pop with acoustic guitars. No thanks.

That's a pretty meager offering. My wife loves country and there isn't much there to justify a purchase for us. :/

This reminds me of the mod for Guitar Hero with Johnny Rebel, early David Allen Coe, and other racist artists.

I assume it'll be about as much fun to play, too.

I still think that there's a lot of old school country and 90s country that it actually pretty good. Too bad none of the songs that most people would call "good" ended up on this list.

I'll just wait for these to show up as DLC, since I already own the ones they put out in the Rock Band store a while ago.
