Free games are pretty great, especially if, like me, you are always finding yourselves flat broke. To celebrate having over 500,000 forum subscribers, Paradox Interactive is offering everyone on its forums a free copy of the wonderful Europa Universalis III. Specifically, it's the Chronicles edition, which comes with the title's four expansion packs.

Five forum subscribers are also being selected at random to receive the entirety of the publisher's rather large library, including my personal favourite, Crusader Kings II, and the amusing co-op wizard adventure, Magicka.

If you're a forum member, check the email you registered with and you can get a key that allows you to redeem EUIII: Chronicles on Steam. Not too shabby for just signing up on the forums in the past.

Comments not appearing? Anti-virus apps like Avast or some browser extensions can cause this.
Easy fix: Add   [*].disqus.com   to your software's white list. Tada! Happy comments time again.

Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.

To dye for: Invisible Inc. is my kind of strategy-stealth game

A chasm in stealth games tends to be player skill and the supposed skills of super sleuth avatars. You're often eased into the situation, your lack of skill assumed, or you just fumble your way through -- especially with the ...more

Oh man, I need Halfway in my life right now

I already liked Chucklefish. The indie developer best known for making Starbound has gone on to act as a publisher for smaller teams with great ideas. The studio has helped to release Hopoo Games' Risk of Rain, and is p...more
