Dale North, Ace Attorney: Your Honor(s), may I present exhibit "A": a post on Capcom's Blog titled "Post details: New Ace Attorney Pre-Order Plush Exclusive!" Let the record show that the above pictured item can be procured from Gamestop or the Capcom Store with the purchase of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations for the Nintendo DS.
Exhibit "A" also states that the store may not be updated yet as this news is "so fresh", and that there will be concequences for not pre-ordering early enough.

I was planning to do it anyway...
I object about the shipping to Europe, almost the game's price !
(And yes, Phoenix Wright 3 is just as awesome as the first two. That is to say, it has all the same strengths (hard to put down, good story, awesome humor, real sense of accomplishment when you figure out certain things) and weaknesses (sometimes plodding research sessions, sometimes figuring out certain things and having all the means to prove them but having to wait until the characters figure it out on their own, sometimes having to do guesswork in the trials). If you liked the first two, then, well, the third one is basically a bunch of new episodes.)
