Free App of the Day: Zombie Shock photo

We've had some really good Free Apps lately, and here's another absolute top-notch game that you're going to have to make a point of downloading. It's called Zombie Shock and I'd like to thank Destructoid reader Sagatron for sending it in.

Zombie Shock is a game in which players are chased by (obviously) zombies. The character runs on his own, but you can move him around the screen to avoid encroaching zombie attackers. The aim of the game is very simple -- shoot all the zombies before they tear you apart. It's beautifully drawn, it's got some great sound and voice work, and the gameplay is really awesome once you get the hang of it.

Zombie Shock is easily up there among the very best Apps we've featured, so make sure you get it while it's free!

@ydarkage: Can't you just select the U.S. Apple store in iTunes?

Is this free app of the day that you do only for apple apps? I only ask because of the ever growing collection of free apps on Android, an even higher free to pay ratio the last time I checked into it. Too many people think that apps are for ipods, ipads & iphones just like stupid people think a mp3 player is an ipod. Anyway back to my question, Is it possible to have an Android app as the app of the day or are apps something that only exist on an "i" device?

It's probably because Jim has an iPod touch to play these on. Also, these are less about the merits of certain App stores, and more about individual promotions and limited time deals.

UltraDSA: I can only work what I have, and I don't have an Android, sorry. I don't post these games until I've given them a play, so I can't really do Android ones.

@Ujn Hunter

Nope, because iTunes account region is fixed by credit card and address. Tried make another account, but because of my credit card already in use, canīt put it in a "fake" address.

The shit about it is Copyright things, because Iīm from here even free things canīt be downloaded stray, like The Guild series at Xbox Live, I have to see it from MSN Videos, canīt watch or download them in my Xbox. ^^

@Jim Sterling

Thats kinda like me posting a "cereal of the day" and only doing articles on the one's from General Mills. :P I don't mean to be all anal "which I'm most likely being" but apps exist on other platforms then apple and not a single gaming site ever talks about any android games despite the insane growth in popularity and Dev support. Anyway thanks for responding. =)
