Continuing our run of surprisingly good free Apps, here's Luc Bernard's cool RPG, Steam Pirates. It's been free for a while, and I don't know if it'll ever start charging again, so make sure you get it while you can.
Steam Pirates is a fun little roleplaying game with turn-based combat. It has the quality art style that we've come to expect from Bernard, and while the dialog could be much more funny, it's a cool game regardless. It costs absolutely nothing, so you'd basically be a dick to not get it.
So yeah, get it.

To my knowledge, Jim only has an iPod touch, so he wouldn't recommend an android app. All of the app recommendations thus far have been for apple's app store.
