PAX Prime is done and dusted and I have a load of coverage from the show still to do, but that doesn't mean I've forgotten you five loyal readers who come here for your free Apps! We have a really good one to mark the return of the feature, too. It's called Atlantis - Legend of the Mermaids.
Atlantis is a sidescrolling shooter with a fantastic art style, fun premise, and silly visual humor. You can buy upgrades as you rescue mermaids from a variety of underwater enemies, and have to make sure you constantly return to the surface for air. It's a very cool game and costs nothing for the day, so get it!
