Fox News "researchers" clearly read videogame blogs, because there's no other way those guys would have found out about the Fat Princess "controversy" and the pretend feminists who stomped their trotters and moaned about it. If you think Fox News would use "this silly videogame," as they put it, to continue the station's long-standing grudge against gaming, you'd be wrong. After all, a chance to mock those dirty left-wing feminists is going to rank higher on Fox's agenda, and as the above clip demonstrates, they took that chance in both clumsy hands.

Fox tackles the Fat Princess absurdity in typical fashion, with plenty of "wacky" banter and retarded fat jokes. The airheaded bint they have on probably sums it up best of all, however: "She's a fat princess. It happens."

Yep. It suuuuure does!

Wow, for a second I thought they where looking for another excuse to bash videogames. How could I be so wrong?

I'm surprised they didn't go overboard and actually discussed the game in a lighthearted manner as it should be. I bet this game is getting far more attention than the devs ever anticipated going into E3. It looks great to me.

I always thought the news was for important stuff. Like terrorists and Communists.

That's pretty funny actually, but there was still a dig at videogames - 'they're running out of game themes'. Don't think that FOX would let VG's get away that easily.

Honestly, you can't pay for this type of publicity.

Fat Princess sounds awesome, and I can't wait to play it.

I agree with Qraze, free press is free press. Even bad press can turn out good.

I want "fox news: The video game" to come out as I think it be just great to play :p

But.... would it be an RPG, action adventure, stealth, survival horror, interactive movie, god game, life simulation, strategy, Educational or Puzzle game?

With it being FOX NEWS video game maybe we could blend in ALL them genres for one reason or another?

Oh, the choices and options available if only a developer was interested.

They're running out of game ideas. says the NEWS team that seems to have run out of ideas for what actual news is.

Anyway, we use to have games like Pac-Man and Burger Time. Those were pretty odd concept back then, sometimes odd concepts just work and make a good game. Guess they never saw Katamari Damacy.

Hey, who would have ever thought playing as a short fat plumber to rescue a princess while stomping on turtles and mushroom shaped creatures before taking on a giant turtle dragon-ish boss would make a good game? Well, now he's one of the worlds more recognized and popular characters of all time and we still play his games to this day with the same theme over and over again.

You'd think this game would be beneficial to fat chicks because it's about guys rushing to save one of them. Guess they aren't bright enough to see that.

What to hate the most? Dumb people who hate fat people because they're fat, or fat people who hate all other people that for not being fat are therefore dumb?

Really, people should just not get that stressed. Fox News actually approached it in a lighthearted way, instead of the Adipous Legion out there.

Being so, fat girls, listen carefully: Get thinner or learn to deal with your fatness. Yeah, unfortunately, fat tends to be funny, only because it IS ugly given some standards. Just like big noses and monobrowns.

And congratulations in making me a wee bit intolerant. Eat cake. (See what I did there?)

Er...they didn't actually discuss anything. They just pulled up some footage, made some jokes that mostly didn't apply, and moved on...that was dumb.

Fat people. Ha!
