Motorstorm: Pacific Rift, Killzone 2, Resistance 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4. All of these have sold over 400,000 units in Europe, and SCEE has confirmed all of them for their price-discounted Platinum range.
GamesIndustry.biz says that although Sony has not set a date for the re-releases of these games as Platinum titles, many retailers have already begun selling them at their lower price. This, added to the Amazon.co.uk leak that Grand Theft Auto IV is also going Platinum, and it looks like there's going to be some pretty solid games available at a low price pretty soon.

Many 2007 and 2008 games still cost ~70 bucks...
Fuck the yellow banners and the cheap grey cases though.
I'd rather buy a pre-owned copy in an original box. Surely they realise that they lose sales by putting them in those stupid silver boxes with that horrible yellow shit on them?
Platinum games in normal or even different but not shit, yellow and silver boxes and i for one will buy platinum games.
