Who Cons the Conduit plus Conduit Friend Codes

Hey there forumites!

Nobody's talking about the Conduit. But, if you were, you'd do it in this thread, right?

I've had the game a couple nights, and I'm so far satisfied. I've got a c-blog about it, but the short version is that its solid, reminds me of GoldenEye (Mostly because of the level design) and its customizable to death. Plus the multiplayer isn't fubar.

Which brings me to my Friend Code!

While its easy to jump into random games, we've got this game specific Friend Code nonsense again. So there's my Conduit Code: 2364-3406-5201

Anyone else gotten some playtime in with this game yet?

I just got it. Played some multiplayer--was confused that I kept losing points for killing "innocents" in a free-for-all, but then realized there were different rules selected.

I got it yesterday, it feels like Perfect Dark to me.

...yeah, that means its good.

Also, had a transatlantic match with some American fucks and that shit was smooth. The netcode must be good.

got it today before work, but when i got home i went out with friends and have just been playing Bloody Roar on my PSP. i'll probably pop it in tomorrow. try and get my friend code, but wifi is so atrocious.

Go this 2 days ago, only had time to go through a few levels, and I agree with the Goldeneye/Perfect Dark comparisons, both of which were some of my favourite N64 games. Looking to get through the story a bit more tonight. Will post my friend code up sometime this weekend and get some online play going as well.

And the all-seeing eye is awesome.

picked this one up day one, um day two to be exact. what's up with that release date not being the real release date bs? sega forced me to make a purchase from (gasp) gamestop. for that, i'll never forgive them.

been loving this game all week. it's wii's best online game, and a hell of a lot of fun in it's own right. conduit is instantly on the short list for great wii games.

It looks too much like a last gen generic shooter to me. I think I'd be more excited for this game if I didn't have a 360. Am I wrong or does it bring anything new to the table?

The way I see it, if the Wii is your only system, this is a must buy. If you have a PS3 or 360 plus a Wii, it doesn't really add anything to the FPS genre, and you would likely not need to buy it, but it would be worth renting to see for yourself.

How so? I thought I've been pretty positive! Destructoid has gotten me back into Zelda, Transformers was great and I posted that it was, and I've been beaming about Prototype. How have I been negative? I just wanted to know if there was anything good about The Condiut besides it being a FPS on the Wii.

Well, depends on how much you like IR pointer shooter gameplay. I really enjoy it, even in Red Steel, which I'd borrowed last year, and just picked up my own copy today for like $9 at GameStop.

The Conduit is definitely up there with Prime 3 for control competency, unlike Red Steel, which was wonky as all get out.

SP campiagn is mediocre imo,the MP is intriguing and has the bells and whistles it needs for a modern shooter. Graphics look like total ass imo. I actually get a bit of boner when I get me some "Innocent Stain" though. lol
