The Pub

Wardrox told me to make the podcastle version of the bar called the pub. Being a good girl I have done such a thing.

Remember there is no 't in "the", the 't should be implied, eg;

Not me.

I eyebrowed at first, laughed thinking it was a lie, found out, then was all "Whoah". Now I'm just worried that all Brits will get completely and utterly defiled by the news.

I swear to god, if this ends up being bigger than Jade Goody, I will just facepalm myself a new nose.

Wardrox is wrong. We don't need 2 bars. The Podcastle forum is still part of the forums as a whole and thus, you can use the bar thread.

Ok, I'm opening this back up. But if what I fear starts to come true, I'm going to have to shut it down.

Free Fiddy? You expect people to stick around with prices like that when you can get a can get four cans of special brew for the same price at Tesco?

I wish I could find hobnobs in the states that weren't smothered in chocolate... as if Americans like myself aren't fat enough.

Mmm...Anyone else get those Caramel-Chocolate-Shortbread bites? So small, yet they contain so much flavour and power...

Oh! And I found a litre of chocolate milk for a quid at Sainsburys...That is how you kill this British heat.

Pscht! He's just jealous because we've been using your fan thread for this purpose and the fact it has thousands of hits makes it looks like your more popular than him and Jim.

Well on the subject of MJ, on the one hand it is slightly sad as he was responsible for some amazing music and it also is pretty big but then he hasn't been relevant since around 1995 and of course you can't just forget what he is accused of. There's also the fact that it overshadows the death of Farrah Fawcett and that the media is going to milk this a lot more than they did with Jade Goody. It's a very grey area though as even talking about it leaves you prone to attack to both sides of the MJ debate

In the next few hours, The Sun will happen. And after that, there will be no going back...Get ready. This'll be the ride to end all rides for Britain. Jade Goody was a warm up compared to what this'll end up being...

My side is the side that is worried that it'll be milked amazingly hard. Some people will take it seriously, some people will not. Doesn't matter. U.K Tabloids will suck the life out of this in minutes.

Because Brit-loids suck.

Also, what are the odds on Channel 4 making a documentary about the life of MJ within a few days time? Channel 5 might beat them to it though.
