Destructoid Theater Over 9000 11/08/09

Thanks to KamikazeSlowey for the picture.

Only 3 more slots!

The last DTO9K was great fun, and we're going to do it again. We viewed Labyrinth, and laughed, cried, and hurled all in response to David Bowie's crotch sock.

So here's the deal, this Sunday at 9pm EST we're going to view another classy flick. We use the XBL Netflix "view as party" feature. Jump in on this! Right now there are at least 5 spots still open. If you want in post your GT please.

Some suggestions so far:

i swear im gonna find a way to record this over xbox live. its only matters to me now cause I cant figure out how to do it professionally and sound good.

Erg I realized I left some important details out of the OP. Sorry, I was somewhat buzzed after the movie, so maybe I shouldn't have volunteered to make the new post.

We're just trying to get Dtoiders together to watch movies on Netflix. Xbox Live party size is limited to 8 so that's what we go with. Come around 9'o clock on sundays we start sending party invites and the like to people who signed up here, then we all jump in to whatever movie we chose.

I hope that's more clear for ya!

I think I figured it out today. It's kinda elaborate but it my work. The part that killed me last week was getting the groups voice AND my voice at the same time
Due to technical difficulties I could not last week, but I can this week if the group agrees. I had the idea to record last week just as a thought and then i felt like shit for saying i could but i forgot my mixer was still messing up so it became a matter of pride that i get it working at least once.

Yup. Someone will send you a "X wants you to join a Netflix party" around 9 and then we go from there

We dont have Netflix on XBL over here sadly. Also it would probably be 1am or somthing when you guys get started so i dont think i could do it anyway.
