Forget turkey, carve up monsters in Dead Space demo hitting PS3, 360 tomorrow photo

Dead Space has been on shelves for over a month now. And if our relatively glowing review of the title hasn't sold you on Electronic Arts' survival-horror/action splatter-fest, what are you waiting for? A demo?

Wait no longer. EA has announced that it will be celebrating the holidays with a demo of Dead Space hitting Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network tomorrow, November 25. (Europe can expect the demo on PSN this Thursday, November 27.)

The demo comes just in time for the big North American Black Friday tradition, the day in which thousands upon thousands of shoppers stumble into retail outlets like zombies, looking for the best holiday gift deals. While we certainly recommend Dead Space as a gift for your favorite demented individual in your life, if you need to see it for yourself, here's your chance.

I imagined black friday to be more like the new generation zombies that run full speed and tear your face off for the best christmas deals. Then a boomer comes along and explodes on everything.

Anyone on the fence about this game should definately check out the demo. It's a damn good game that mixes the atmosphere of Doom 3 and the gameplay and upgrade systems of Resident Evil 4. If that sounds like your kind of thing, you can't go wrong with this game.

Just do yourself a favor and don't go near any of that horrible DLC that EA put out for this game.
