FORE! Mario Golf World Tour hits the green on May 2

4:12 PM on 02.13.2014

Today's Nintendo Direct let us know that 3DS title Mario Golf World Tour is launching on May 2nd. As a crazed videogame golf fan, I can't wait.

Today, Iwata showed off a new mode that lets you use your Mii characters to play through the game. The eight items you can purchase at the shop  (clubs, balls, clothing, and more) can be equipped and used. You'll be able to customize your Mii and then take it into tournaments.

Winning tournaments will let you progress to enter higher class ones later. There will be the ability to take your Mii and practice on certain aspects of play, like putting or approaches, too.

I seriously cannot wait.

During the first hour of Rusty's Real Deal Baseball I babysat one of the titular character's 10 kids, played a 4DS, and fed him donuts while I listened to his marital problems. I'm glad Nintendo decided to make this game.more

Rusty's Real Deal Baseball is coming soon on 3DS

Rusty's Real Deal Baseball, one of the most absurd games I've seen from Nintendo in years, is coming to the 3DS on April 3rd. This is Nintendo's second free-to-play endeavor on the 3DS after Steel Diver: Sub Wars, and feature...more
