Some people pick up a console for its games. Some people pick up a consoles for its horsepower or features. Others, well, they just want to make sure it matches their eyeshadow.
Introducing Sony's latest PlayStation Portable color (this is number 39, right?), the lovely "Mint Green." Scheduled to hit Japanese store shelves on February 21, Sony says this minty fresh PSP color is consistent with the console's other available flowery colors that were popular with girls. Them broads sure do love them some flowers.
Chances of this "Mint Green" PSP coming to North America are slim to none, so get those import dollars ready. How else are you going to win the heart of that female nerd in your life, fellas?

The second hand value on this thing will be quite good, as you can always claim it's in mint condition.

If, when the time comes to retire my old fat PSP, and I can't find a white Slim, I think I have a backup choice!
I do have that Crisis Core PSP... but that's sitting and waiting, waiting to be sold for mad cash :3
I don't want a white one with Darth Vader on the back, though, because those damn commercials pissed me right off.

Where the hell was this color a year ago? I wouldn't have hesitated to buy it.
bronx - there silver in US too.. and anyone really wanting colors can import for only a very couple bucks more if not the same price...
don't forget about those people who don't know how to import stuff. Seriously there's enough people that want a PSP (or...have one.) that doesn't just want black silver or white. i'm a little upset how the only way to get the 2 different colors in America is by bundle and not just alone like black. Granted the Daxter bundle is worth the extra few 20s or so, many are just too stupid to see it.
and the star wars bundle...there's not many people out there (at least younger generation.) that know so much of Star Wars. At least not to the point they'd want a Darth Vader on the back of it.

I have a nasty habit of collecting DSes and PSPs.
Actually, that color + Japan, makes me think of green tea ice cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmm
