To commemorate the release of the 345,231 rehashed repackaging of Street Fighter 2 (this time it's the 15 year anniversary), we have learned that Play Asia is carrying it's SF2 Insanity DVDs and are now available for export. Just what constitutes insanity? "It features arrangements for Street Fighter II (developed and published by Capcom for Arcade) This set also includes one DVD containing over 180 minutes of VS Battles by the best 16 players that were chosen and a dream match by the best players of Hyper Street Fighters. One Technical Book (200 pages, A5 size) is also included.". Note: the DVD is region II.
You can import it here ($60+). I checked out some of the sample movie clips and they are interesting, but I know plenty of guys who literally lived at the arcades in the 90's that would give these gamers a serious run for their tokens. Source:
