Fo fo fo!: Folklore getting free holiday content photo

The folks behind Folklore are a giving bunch. At E3, the game's associate producer, Eric Fong, was kind enough to lead me away from the Singstar kiosks and straight into the loving arms of an ice chest filled with Red Bull. This holiday, Eric brings more joy, announcing (on the official PlayStation blog) that a free holiday-themed Folklore add-on pack will be available this week.

The relatively substantially freebie contains two new outfits for the game's characters, Ellen and Keats, a new quest for Keats called "Holy Night Visitor," and a new gift-shaped Folk called "Grab Bag." The outfits are adorable, but Keats definitely gets the short end of the stick here -- his reindeer sweater and knit cap make it look like he was dressed by his grandmother. Ellen, on the other hand, is looking as cute as ever in her red, white frilled coat and ear muffs.

Expect the content to be available tomorrow along with the day's PlayStation Network update.

I'm going to hell for posting that picture... making fun of Downs kids when they look so happy... that's dangerous territory.

I feel dirty

We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
