Quantcast

Warner Bros. released another trailer for Terminator Salvation this afternoon, featuring what should be fairly familiar sights if you’ve been following the game: an elaborate cover system, split-screen functionality, and plenty of pew-pew laser riddled robots.

Of course, the big reveal in this mash-up are the Salvation’s flying foes. These guys look more like metal mosquitoes than they do vicious robotic oppressors, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

If what we’ve seen of the game is any indication, it appears as though we may have a solid, no-frills movie shooter on our hands. The last time I talked Salvation, I read a few excited comments. Are you guys still feeling the game or do you need to see more?

Looks s'okay I guess...maybe this has been mentioned before but does it strike anyone else as odd that the TPS with more colours then most in recent memory...is a god damn Terminator game.

I keep seeing a resemblence between those flying machines and the flying sentries you can summon as the Tactician class in Killzone 2. Hopefully, they're not as easy to kill as those sentry things...seriously, they can die in a few revolver shots, that's not good.

There are just so many games like this already, I cant see any reason in buying this if you already have Gears. It doesnt even seem "Terminator" to me. It should be night-time on a landscape of borken skulls, and you should be shooting humanoid terminators with laser rifles.

They seem pretty easy to take down.

I hope they have a "run and punch robot" action in here like you see in the trailer.

Wow, those robots seem to be made of plastic or something seeing how easy they are to kill.

Trailer was really cool! Not because of the gameplay (though it wasn't bad) but because of the badass music.
