flOw evolves in upcoming expansion

Let's just put the argument as to whether or not flOw is actually a game aside and agree on one thing: It's damned mesmerizing.

And now it continues, as an expansion pack for the PlayStation Network title is on its way. As demonstrated by this developer walkthrough, the expansion pack adds a number of new playable creatures (the "Puffer" for instances), as well as new enemies. Also new is the ability to play mix and match multiplayer in the game's campaign (hold on -- there's a "campaign"?); each player can choose to control and evolve a different creature this time around.

So let's get back to the question: Is flOw a game? I think the answer is quite clear now -- of course it is! It has its own expansion pack!

Flow is awesome, its like snake, in the same way geometry wars is like robotron... With the trippy factor up to 11 and oh so soothing gameplay mechanics. It also shows the diferent philosophies of game design in a very simple way. Where in geometry wars your seeing highscores and multipliers and there is an interface, in flow you get none of that noise. also co-op, granted the game doesnt really need co-op. but its nice to just mellow out with someone on the couch and drift around this game

I've only played the original flow on the internet and ABSOLUTELY love it. When I get a PS3 (when MGS4 comes out) fl0w ps3 + this expansion will be an instant purchase. As will fl0wer when that comes out. I love trippy mesmerizing games ^_^

@Grrza
The flash version was the original, Sony paid them to make the PSN version afterwards.
