Fitness company trademarks Fitness Hero and Workout Hero photo

The whole "Hero" craze is in full swing these days, and I wouldn't be shocked to see Breakfast Hero or Nursing Home Hero pop up in someone's trademark list. The most recent trademarks are Fitness Hero and Workout Hero, but instead of beng trademarked by Activision, it seems they've been snapped up by VPT Technologies, a company that specializes in exergaming (Wii Fit, Let's Yoga, etc).

Hard to say if these games could nd up being good if they were made or turn into a total borefest, but it looks like the exercise gaming craze is showing no signs of slowing down. All I want to know is, do I get to wear a ridiculous terrycloth headband?

Colette, get your exercise gear on and we'll stick you in there with them. You'll get a free complimentary head band included too. Lol.

I can already tell, these games are going to feature tracks like 'Hero' and 'Footloose', with same heinously tragic 80's graphics vibe. Made to appeal to the gaming casufools.

I can hardly wait to dodge this.

I may need to get one of these.

I just finished a pretty tough game of Donut Hero and I'm feeling a bit sluggish.

Why can't we have a Hero Hero game? I mean, the 30 Second Hero game is kinda like that, but I can almost imagine an RPG made in the same vein as the other Hero titles. Imagine slaying a dragon with a guitar.

I know I know, Brutal Legend, but...=P

This could get ugly, if the competitive side is more pronounced than the health side. People may get heart attacks trying to earn trophies / achievements!
