First X-Men: Destiny screens leak out

10:20 AM on 01.17.2011

The first images of Silicon Knight's upcoming action title, X-Men: Destiny, have leaked onto the Internet by way of a YouTube video. Oh, Internet -- you so crazy!

According to early details of the game, players will choose from one of three new, young recruit X-Men, at least one of which appears to be a dude with some ugly tribal tattoos. Truthfully, a YouTube video isn't the best way to get your first look at game screenshots; the damned music probably isn't helping. But I'd be lying if I didn't say my first thought was "ewwwww!"

I'm doing my best to withhold judgment until I see the game in action, and know a little bit more about the title. I hope to hear more soon, because these images (and that damned song) are burning into my brain, and I expect to have nightmares.

Bungie adds support for moving Destiny items between characters online and in-app

Chalk this up to "it should have been in at launch," but you can now transfer items between characters in Destiny. The process isn't perfect though since it isn't in-game, but you can do it by way of the companion app or Bung...more
