Invictus Gaming, the winning team at last year's The International, has been invited as the first group to compete in the 2013 Dota 2 tournament. The main event is happening August 7-11 in Seattle, Washington. In the more immediate future, however, Valve will unveil the 12 remaining invitees, not counting the qualifiers and wild-card winner.
I can confidently (but not proudly) state that I've spent more time watching other folks play Dota 2 than I have gotten personal hands-on time with the game. These Internationals and the build up to the final matches aren't helping matters. Do you have any dreams of making it as a pro?
