First screenshots of Fallout 3's 'The Pitt' DLC are saw-rific photo

Bethesda shot some new screens for Fallout 3's second DLC pack The Pitt our way, and we figured you'd want to see them too. I must say, it was a brilliant move to include the previously talked about "AutoAxe" -- it looks like it would be a blast to use.

As with Operation: Anchorage there will be achievements and new perks to obtain, and the new quest will be activated via radio broadcast. From there, players will meet up with an escaped slave who tells about a potential mutation cure located in the remains of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Players have the freedom to tackle the task of retrieving the cure in a number of ways. Whether that means sneaking in as a slave, going Rambo on everyone's asses, or teaming up with the Raiders, it's all up for you to decide.

The promise of more choices than the last DLC pack, and the fact that dealing with slaves in a certain Fallout 3 quest was surprisingly emotional has me wanting to hear more about The Pitt. How about you guys?

Looks great, I liked the last DLC pack even though it was very linear, but this just looks like it's going to be a lot more interesting.

I can't get enough of Fallout 3, so yeah, I'll be getting this no matter what.

snakedude4life- not really, most concrete cutters are not handheld, rather they are like mini carts with the blade on the bottom front.

That thing is like a super-duper hedge trimmer saw blade hybrid or something.

Will the expansion feature annoying locals that refer to soda as 'pop', call their friends 'yinz guys', and play with 'gum-bands' while cheering for the 'Stillers'?

I'm glad I found the PC version for cheap.. otherwise, I'd still be pissed about DLC coming out for everything but the one I own...
And there SHOULD be tons of ZOMBIES in Pittsburgh.. after all.. that is where most the the Living Dead movies took place!

This seems cool. I think I'll wait to see if they release a bundle pack of DLC, though, and get that.

I'm pretty excited for this. I was disappointed by the Anchorage one, because you couldn't pick up any sweet loot and my play style is to first and foremost be a packrat, constantly accumulating and then selling loot

I need to get back into Fallout 3. I kind of lost interest due to the difficulty - on hardest, it's ridiculously hard, on the next step down it's too easy :(

Out of curiosity, how did the last DLC end? Did it leave people feeling satisfied, was there any closure? I'm on the fence, either about to download Alaska or trade in Fallout 3. The endling felt so rushed and I feel like I'm not really finished....maybe that's their strategy to get people to buy the DLC? :)

Definitely the pack I'm most looking forward to. One of my favourite things in Fallout was aimlessly wandering the wasteland and discovering a town, then spending the next few hours investigating the town in it's entirity.

Plus finally being able to interact properly with raiders will be nice (sure, there was Paradise Falls, but that was a bit small for my liking).
