     An RPG Draws Near!

The debut episode of American McGee's Grimm entitled "A Boy Learns What Fear Is" is available for download.

As with each of the other 23 game episodes, it will be free for the first 24 hours, otherwise you'll need to have a subscription to GameTap or $3.99 (per episode).

Grimm has been split up into 3 volumes, each containing 8 episodes. If you decide to give the game a go and like what you find, there will be a new episode waiting for you every Thursday. Not a bad deal, huh?

You can download episode one by clicking here.

It doesn't look as attractive to me as Alice did, but I'll try when I get home IF I have access to it (Gametap isn't available worldwide).

Ok, so I managed to get gametap working, and I have to say its a peace of shit. Couldn´t they just code their interface as simple as Steam´s? What do I need fancy 3d effects for when I only want to start the game?

Oh and yeah, this game is really cool, but in the 2nd level it froze my pc 0_o

It's pretty shit. The installer doesn't give you an installation directory choice, there's no start menu entry for the game, no uninstaller (you have to use the add/subtract programs menu in windows settings), and the listed system requirements are wrong. I'm amazed they licensed Unreal Engine 3 for this clunker, jesus. I hope they signed a special deal with Epic for their sakes because $500k license a pop for how many episodes they've got planned with sure break the fucking bank.

The game has some Katamari Damacy elements to it. Pretty much all you do is walk around making the land dark where ever you step, but the mechanics are so bad (turning, jumping, butt stomping) its hard to have any fun.
