Finally: Trigger Heart Exelica hits XBLA next week photo

I was awakened this morning by the sound of my phone ringing, and was surprised to learn who was calling:

Secretary: "Hello, Mr. Cantler?"
Me: "Yes?"
Secretary: "Good morning sir, this is Hell calling. I've been instructed to inform you that we are under an extreme winter weather advisory, and as such will be unable to supply you with the weekly suckage that you have become accustomed to on XBLA. Our offices are frozen over, and thusly, for the second week in a row, you will have to make do with a game that is actually good. We apologize for the inconvenience, and look forward to your taking residence here in about 30 years."

Not sure how Hell got my phone number, or what they meant by that last part, but I do know that Trigger Heart Exelica is finally coming to XBLA next week. According to the game's developer, Warashi, the release date for Trigger Heart is 2/27/08, which means we could be looking at two Best Week Evers in a row.

So make sure you've got 800 points ready to go so that you can play it, and so I can feed on the frustrated screams of thousands of youngsters who cry that level 4 is "just too hard." Actually, that's kind of mean of me to say, isn't it? Maybe it's not so odd that they had my number.

Man, N+ this week, Trigger Heart Exelica next week, Poker Smash a few weeks ago, Rez before that, Omega Five before that... XBLA is really getting some awesome stuff this year.

Next week: Ikaruga? Castle Crashers? I am going to be broke before my next paycheck.

Awesome, and I just bought a shitload of points too. I know it gets a lot of flack, but when XBLA is good it is really, really good. I would have never had a chance to play rez, trigger heart, ikaruga, radiant silvergun, etc. etc. without it.

Thousands of youngsters? Hell, I can’t even beat level 4 of Everyday Shooter, so if I had a 360 and bought this game, you’d hear my cries, too.

Awesome day, first I wake up and find a parcel with my sealed copy of Ikaruga for the DC and then I there is a news about an awesome shmup that I was waiting for on XBLA. We only need Ikaruga on XBLA in two weeks and hell may be done for.

I really wish they'd put out Ikaruga, though. I've played Trigger Heart Exelica on the Dreamcast and it was good and all, but I'd really prefer Ikaruga. T_T

If there's one game that's not Ikaruga that I'd have sex with on XBLA, it's this. Ah, and Castle Crashers. And any other game I'm forgetting. IN any case, in lieu of repeating my self several hundred times, refer to the beginning of this comment.
