You may remember the demo level of the 2D Mirror's Edge Flash game from a while back; a single level was released back in November. Today, Brad Borne (the guy who makes Fancy Pants Adventure) and EA have released the final version of the game. This Flash edition  features 3 levels, time trial modes, and leaderboards, with future updates being promised as well. I remember liking the demo quite a bit, and I love Fancy Pants Adventure, so I'm pretty excited to spend some time with this. I guess it'll be a good marketing tool, although Mirror's Edge has been out for a while, so maybe they're hoping to drum up interest in the sequel? (Which I'm actually looking forward to -- despite a lot of the disappointment many people felt, I really enjoyed ME.)

Anyway, check out the game and let us know what you think. The most interesting thing I've heard about it so far comes from Psychotronic over at JayIsGames.com, who says the 2D version is what the 3D game should have been. What do you think?

DICE: Battlefield 4's bad launch 'absolutely' damaged trust

I think it's nice that we've finally managed to hold EA accountable to something. Can its ripoff sports game releases be next? Well, I guess it's been DICE falling on the sword and profusely apologizing more than EA.&nbs...more

Review: The Sims 4

As a growing gamer, Maxis was always one of my go-to developers at a young age. From the original SimCity, to SimAnt, to SimTower, the company was almost infallible in my eyes, and I ate up practically every simulation it had...more

NHL 15 predicts entire hockey season, probably gets it horribly wrong

EA Sports used NHL 15 to simulate and predict the upcoming NHL season which begins next week. The results are most likely terribly wrong because nowhere does it anticipate that the Colorado Avalanche will be crowned Sta...more
