To commemorate the release of Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete on Blu-ray, lots of crazy sh*t is going down in Japan. First off, the disc is hitting shelves there on April 16th, and will cost 4,900 yen. You'll finally get to appreciate this hour or so of fanservice in high definition.
The real news is this Cloud Black Final Fantasy VII Advent Children PS3 bundle. For 49,980 yen (about $550), you'll get this special limited edition PS3 (160GB!), the Blu-ray disc movie mentioned above, and the demo of Final Fantasy XIII. Dengeki says that this badass bundle goes on sale at the same time as the movie.
If you don't want the PS3, there's also going to be a "Trial Version Set." 5,990 yen gets you both the movie and the FFXIII demo.
Kinda makes you want a FFVII PS3 remake, doesn't it? I know -- let's not get into that now.

I actually like the emblem, but I wish they could do more than just that small thing. It does look like a sticker...
I mean, fine, I can take not having that demo that comes with it, but HD is the only way to watch such excellent fan service!
I GUESS the 4th rererererelease of Advent children is enough...MAYBE the FFXIII demo. but that PS3? all that space and they just put an emblem? not even a special controller or color?

though i don't understand the extra pricetag, or is that simply the price of the PS3 in Japan? I mean a PS3 costs a lot more then 399$ in europe ( 399 euros or 524$ ) but thats just because the dollar is worth shit compared to the euro and they always charge the same amount in euros as they charge in dollars...
If I had an extra 600 bones I would go for this, but it's for Japan, and they didn't intend to give us the FFXIII demo, so I don't actually intend to pay for FFVII:ACC.
