Final Fantasy Tactics has been getting smaller and smaller lately with all the portable versions. I suppose this new iPad version is also small, but that big ol' tablet screen will let you have a better look at the action. And it does look a bit nicer, as you'll see in these new screenshots. For a game that was first released in 1997, this is still a great looking game.
For those that had issue with the play speed of the iPhone version, know that the early word is that this iPad version fixes some of those issues. If you've picked this up, let us know if you see any slow down issues.

I know it's hard to argue when you know the quality's there, but I got Great Little War Game HD for free on iOS during a FAotD giveaway, and for 10 cents on Android. I know it's hardly the same, but it does enough to scratch that strategy itch.
Might be worth it to wait for a holiday sale or something, when they'll drop it down to... 9.99.
Anyone else suffer from a similar form of brain insanity when it comes to this game in all its many flavors?
