Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds special Tokyo show photo

The Final Fantasy: Distant Worlds concert series is coming home to Tokyo. The show is going to be absolutely amazing, as it's packed with guest performances and special songs. The show is sold out, but it turns out some special seats have been held back just for Distant Worlds fans.

The two Tokyo shows will feature world premieres. A new set of music from FFXIII will be performed on November 6th, and another new set of FFXIV music will follow on November 7th. Vocalist Francis Maya will perform the premiere of FFXIII: Fabula Nova Crystallis. Susan Calloway will sing Nobuo Uematsu's Main Theme from FFXIV: Answers, from the new Square Enix MMO. On top of all of that there will be special piano and guitar soloists. Oh, and composers Nobuo Uematsu and Masashi Hamauzu will be attending these concerts. Wow!

The Distant Worlds webpage held back some of the best seats for this show. Of course, they're $110 and the show is in Tokyo, but this is going to be the ultimate concert. I would do just about anything to see this show. Anything.

You'll find newly announced dates for 2011 after the jump.

So unfair. Why can't we ever get this stuff on the East Coast, like New York? I mean, we get Video Games Live, but they're low-tier compared to this! No offense.
