Final Fantasy 20 year celebration in San Francisco photo

If you live in San Francisco and are a Final Fantasy fan, June 26th is your lucky day. Square Enix will be throwing a party at the PlayStation store at the Metreon Center downtown to celebrate twenty years of the biggest RPG phenomenon in gaming's history. While it may be no Square Enix party, the first hundred peeps through the door will score exclusive FF swag, so you really can't complain.

Final Fantasy I and II revamps for the PSP will be on display as well to check out, not to mention possible glimpses of cosplayers always looking for an excuse to suit up as Cloud. Get your butt out there and send us some pics, people.

The one dressed in normal clothes on the right looks so out of place.

The guy on the right, in the black? Favorite FF character EVAR. You should see his limit break.

This is almost enough to make up for the Metreon's lameness. Regardless, good to see you posting again, Colette. Write more!

The guy dressed as Tidus in the back left looks not only entirely uninterested, but also kind of like Jon Heder (also known as Napoleon Dynamite) in Blades of Glory... Hmmmm... Oh god, now to think of it, he had a guys crotch in his face and is now dressed up as an adroganistic dude. He must be gay...

I think the wakka and tidus guys got their costumes mixed up. Also, I don't think that's a very good lulu.

Oh yeah, final fantasy is being released for the nth time. I'm so hyper-psyched.
