I've played the good guy for the longest time in every MMO and IVE JUST ABOUT GOD DAMNED HAD IT. I will be rolling Sith.

Played until 24 during a beta weekend as a Smuggler. I can absolutely say I love this game, and this class.
Also, as far as I know, the beta PvP did have it's quirks, but there never seemed to be any huge balance issues that I was aware of. Then again, I'm not a crunch-numbers-all-day kind of MMO player.

They currently only have one bracket for PvP (that I've seen) so unless that's fixed it'll cause problems.
I assume the devs are dumb so I imagine the max level will be getting their own bracket shortly after a good number of people hit max level. That being said, I've really enjoyed Huttball so far. Warzones give everyone a nice been health buff so it closes the gap between a level 12 and level 20 player unlike WoW where you just got slaughtered by twink 19s in full blues.
Point of the story, I have greatly enjoyed the PvP so far in this game.
