This is the third “Pitchers vs. Hitters” promotional video for 2K Sports’ Major League Baseball 2K10. It features Seattle Mariners starter Felix Hernandez and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim first baseman Kendry Morales in the first gameplay footage we’ve seen so far. Just like the first and second vignettes, this one is funny in the way it shows off the players’ competitiveness.
I also like 2K’s decision to have the players speaking in their native tongue, Spanish, because it helps to illustrate and promote the diversity of baseball. That’s always a good thing -- as long as 2K also provides subtitles. Major League Baseball 2K10 will hit store shelves on March 2, 2010, for the PS3, 360, Wii, PSP, PS2, and PC.
Samit Sarkar is a founding Destructoid editor and go-to Sports guy. Samit was the son of the Duke of Knees, rescued from a burning village in the afghan desert by a golden condor. still looks like the same shit from the previous years. they can't even get the little things like the hats right. the area under the hats havent been grey since 2006. i know it seems like a little thing to bitch about but it those things that MLB the show does so well that makes it a far superior game.
As a Phillies fan, it pains me whenever you post something baseball-related, Samit. It just brings me back to the disappointment of the World Series. Damn you, Yankees! *shakes fist*
