Mortal Kombat is out tomorrow, and you can watch this new TV commercial to celebrate. It makes light of the brutality of the game's Fatalities, and yet again boasts that awesome rendition of "Skillrex." Gotta love it.
I don't play fighting games, but I like to watch them, and I look forward to watching other people (for example, my wife) play this one. It's going to be fun, I think. What about you?

I think I'll buy it at some point, likely when it's price drops like 10 or 20 bucks. The nice fellow at my local GameStop tells me it's in 3D on the PS3, although I can't imagine how a 2D fighting game will really take advantage of 3D.
I didn't like the demo. In this MK Fatalities look brutal again, but at the same time I felt they're uninspired and bland. And all that slow-mo x-ray bullshit threw me out of the experience and broke the pacing for me. I think I'll stick with MK Mythologies: Sub-Zero, ah shit yeah live-action cutscenes!
I'll have my review up tomorrow, it was a fantastic game. And that Fatality isn't even the most extreme. That Award probably goes to Noob Saibot in my opinion.
