Fat Princess is FINALLY out this week! photo

The wait has been long for PlayStation Network exclusive Fat Princess, and it seems that the patience of the masses has finally been rewarded. The cute and silly action strategy game is out this week, scheduled for launch on July 30, for the princessely sum of $14.99.

The release will be simultaneous across North America, Europe and Asia, with a Japanese release date due to follow at some point in the future. Really looking forward to this one. The beta was promising, even if I couldn't get online to work properly. Hopefully the wait has yielded some major improvements, and I can't wait to see what changes they made. 

Who's going to be picking this sexist beauty up?

I'm going to wait and read gamer feedback first... there's been too many problems with many of the recent games... from server issues to voice/squad issues (yeah, Battlefield, I'm looking at you!... still no voice chat patch??).

I sort of lost interest in this game after all the hype and then the delays... so I'll wait and see what the gamer feedback is before purchasing.

Although the $15 price tag does seem a bit steep. I was expecting around $10, at the very, very maximum.

I've been waiting a long time for this. The beta was awesome. Packed to the brim with humour. Think I'll be rolling as the healing Priest. Gotta keep the soldiers alive and well!!

It's funny I've read this 5 minutes I was going to buy a $20 card for Shatter and Killzone 2 maps. Now I need $50 for maps, Fat princess, Bomberman Ultra and possibly Shatter.. xD
