Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake goes gold photo

It's been a while since we've heard about Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake, the PSP version of the PSN downloadable announced during E3 2009. But we'll be hearing and more importantly, seeing much more of it soon. Developer SuperVillian Studios has revealed that the title has gone gold and says a firm release date is coming.

More than just a port Fistful of Cake adds six levels and five fresh character classes on top of the old stuff, and is said to expand the single-player campaign and the MP component. It's like a bloated, yet tinier version of the original if you can put your head around that one at 3:00 A.M. Lord knows we're having trouble.

Fuck. Yes. I've been waiting for this to go portable for so long. I never bought it for my PS3 because I just knew I wouldn't play it sitting at home. But it is the perfect portable title for me.

Prepare to be bought you fat, fat princess.

Cool, this always seemed like a good game for PSP. Now I can at least finally play it, as I don't have a PS3.

First Mod Nation Racers, now this. Its almost like Sony thinks the PSP is a gaming system.

Almost.

Yeah, almost. You can see that by this year's version of The Show. Still no umpires, and instead of adding features, they took out infrastructure (online) play and roster updates.

Sony are magical! They managed to squeeze Jim Sterling into a PSP.

Wow.

Hope they balanced it... The game was fun for a few hours until its flaws just sort of dragged the replay value down.

Fat princes is sick! Wish i could play it. I wonder why ps3 psn games never go multi platt while a lot of arcade games go multi. Sony seems alot more stubborn than M$ to me.

@Sir playedallot - Because Sony support the companies to make games for them, while MS just finds games and buys them.

A game made specially for PSN is a game made specially for PSN.

I can't seem to find anything about five new character classes. Am I misinterpreting this?

I actually hope the 5 added classes thing is a lie because it's probably unbalanced and 10 classes just seems like too much.

Sigh, and it's now out everywhere except NA. Thanks SCEA for your wonderful PSP support.
