I really really hope they develop that "insanity" guy into a dynamic and truly crazy character. Like, I'm hoping to the point that if he's as crazy as he looks, that he has multiple personalities or something. I can see it, I can dream it, but did Ubisoft?
I also really dig the villain. Not nearly enough interesting baddies in video games. Hopefully he stays interesting.
If guns jam every 5seconds and it takes a billion years to move around, not at all interested. Far cry 1 was good and Far Cry 2 did not last 2 hours.
Yawn. After the boredom inducing obscenity that was Far Cry 2, I don't have high hopes for this. I could be wrong, so we'll see.
I......knew by reading this header that thiswas a rock star nick post. Loving all of the posts and I love even more how I always know from the headers (much like Jim) that this is a Nick post.
These games are always ruined for me the first time I see an enemy and it takes 15 rounds to kill them. Not to mention all the other various annoyances. So much potential though, I really hope they've paid attention to what exactly went wrong last time out.
I actually enjoyed the shitty weapons in FC2, but not every damn weapon you picked up off a dead guy has to jam in half a clip. They took it a little too far there

Don't get me wrong, I LOVED Far Cry, but the theme of the series seems to be "lone mercenary stranded in a hostile environment", which this looks to be continuing. Nothing wrong with that.
