Even though I already beat my legit copy of Mother 3 with no translation patch used a million times already, I think I might try to pick this up. It's the only RPG that's in my top ten games of all time.
I'm so glad you linked to the E-Mug Stress Test. It always makes me laugh. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a paid moderator for Fangamer's forums. I'm not. They don't pay their moderators. I should know, because I'm an unpaid moderator for Fangamer's forums.

Most of the designs are wholly original and merely suggest a tie-in with a videogame property. Like the Gaming Loop shirt: it doesn't say "Nintendo" or "SNES" anywhere on it, right? It's just a pattern with the letters A, B, X, and Y in it. That's untouchable. Some of the other stuff MIGHT cross the line, though.
But I haven't seen a seller of fan goods been taken to court yet, so I'm sure no one cares enough to stir the pot.
