unrealwarfare

Love action, but can't stand first-person shooters? Love the Unreal series, but think the graphics are too pretty? Forumite Xabora has the game for you. It's called Unreal Warfare, which may sound familiar until you realize that Xabora wants the game released on the Super Nintendo.

According to Xabora's unofficial press release:

The next game in the Unreal Series, exclusive on the SNES.
Running at an incredible Full 256p you can see details like you have ever seen before.

Features such as:
-Single Player Campaign with over 30 hours of gameplay
-Multiable Endings
-20v20 online multiplayer
-12 massive online maps
-7 Game types (and Custom Player Game Types)
-Downloadable Content
-Clan Support with Custom Logos
-VoIP Support

I'd definitely buy it, but what about you? Hit the official thread or the comments to respond. And while you're at it, tell us your own fake game ideas: what game have you always wanted to play, but haven't yet been given the chance to do so? What's your dream game? We want to know.

The FX chip was pretty powerful back in the day... I'd like to see it try to support such a game. I'm guessing it would look sometime like Wolfenstein 3D on crack.

I'm wondering, will this game use the full 48Mbit size limit of SNES carts, or would it actually be lower than that size? Or, would it use some brand new loading system to go beyond 48Mbit (like the amazing "bank switching" technique, used in some NES games)? Actually, the Satellaview wasn't THAT far off from these projected features, and with a LOT of extra work, it could have been like that game.

Oh, and that game was Faceball 2000, and it was the only 16 player Gameboy game ever (of any model of Gameboy, except maybe saying the GBA capabilities of the DS makes it a "Gameboy").

I just thought of an awesome game idea. A first-person werewolf game. You run around a small town, hunting innocent civilians, and you use the shoulder buttons to slash, left for left arm and right for right arm. Then, for gorier kills and more points or whatever you get, you use the shoulder triggers to grab. After you've grabbed the person, you pull back on one of the control sticks, and then to execute a certian type of kill, press one of the face buttons. One for biting into their neck and ripping apart their jugular. Another to use your lower claws to disembowel them. Such things as that. Afterwards, you can consume their flesh to regain helath and get more points. You do this all the while avoiding hunters and other werewolves, which you can kill if you strike at the right time. All of this in glorious first-person. I would buy this in a heart-beat.
