The future of the Far Cry franchise is looking bright. We know that Ubisoft has another full game "cooking" and based on strong sales for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, it seems entirely possible that the company will continue on that path as well.
"We're totally psyched from [Far Cry 3]," Ubisoft senior VP of marketing and sales Tony Key tells GameSpot. "It's a great brand, and now it's got the recognition it deserves, so we're clearly going to make another one: more on that soon."
Where would you want the next one to be set? I could go for Africa again, honestly. I'm one of those people who genuinely enjoyed what Far Cry 2 was going for despite its glaring faults.
