So training sections and individual weapons are now bulletpoints? Do they really think padding the features works? That gamers are that...oh, wait. Thread so far seems to indicate it does work, people are fooled and built up so easily.

Really, this looks just like the first Lost Planet with better graphics and co-op added. Simple as that.
Though I can't imagine why anyone who didn't like the first Lost Planet would be interested in this one. It's more of the same, only with more hype.
I'm sold on co-op alone, that was a good enough an add for me, game looks pretty good...just trailers like this (Wow! Look! You too can have a shotgun! You've never seen that in a game have you?) make me feel like they're desperately trying to make a game look like it has more to it than it does.

Guess I'm just feeling a little tired of game ads seeming like they're talking to us like they're adults and we're five year olds, particularly when selling an M rated game.

It's like the gamer equivilent of baby talk. Stranger still, Lost Planet 2 doesn't look like a bad game, so it doesn't need those type of ads.

A confetti shotgun to be exact. The first Lost Planet surprised me. And then the MP blew me away. Day one here.

I wasn't that excited about the game when it was first announced, it looked cool and it looked like it would be lots of fun, but it just didn't entice me. Now it looks like one of the most ridiculous shooters I've ever seen, I'm incredibly interested in this now.

Keep your training mode and arenas; I'm here for the co-op! Stacking up with a buddy in one of the multi-person VS is gonna be a blast.

I'm bummed that the Akrid mode from colonies isn't returning. I didn't purchase Colinies since I already had the game. Capcom shouldve made that mde available to people who already owned the game. Gamestop wouldve probably given me buck-fifty for the game so it wasn't worth upgrading. And now with the sequel the remove a feature from a previous version.

It's frustrating. I lve mechs and the underwater thing has the potential to be cool and hopefully fun.

I wonder if you can pilot those drop ship thingies. Probably not since these games tend to be extremely linear in level design. Wouldve been cool for multiplayer...

Super hyped now. Do want day one.
