Every NES game ever made, listed in order of awesome photo

Who cares about someone's amazingly detailed list of NES games in order of quality, you say? Why, you may not at all. However, I can't think of any better reason to get people to think about their own personal favorites (or bitch in the comments about how wrong this entire list is). At any rate, I thought such completionist efforts were reserved for the likes of list maestro Chad Concelmo only, so cheers to crummysocks.com for taking the time to do it.

See, I can already feel the reactions coming, even as I look as the list in the privacy of my own office. Shadowgate ranks at number 235? For SHAME! Best game ever! Anyway, the list can be found here at crummysocks.com. I knew there were a ton of NES games as my hall closet is filled with them, but 777? Talk about putting other systems to shame...

Very clever indeed. I scanned it quickly and couldn't figure out if they were ranked 1-770 or 770-1. Randomly makes sense now.

This list was probably created by some stupid algorithm that drew on a bunch of bullshit data points that aren't remotely relevant to a game's worth. I'd also guarantee the weighting of these data points is equally fucking bonkers.

that was pretty good, Castlevania at #1 convinced me this was real, but Bionic Commando in the high 600s? no way.

also Super Mario 3 in the high 600s...

i did agree (somewhat) with The Terminator coming in last - but i thought that would have gone to Total Recall forsure

They keep Editing it. Now Mega Man 2 is the highest ranked MM game.. and bible Adventures is now at the bottom.. Strangely Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde has jumped down like 600 spots.. these guys are fuckin' with us... top gun is Now 152..
