Awesome thanks for this! I found RE4 to be amazing and Mercenaries gave it lasting power, and Mercenaries was plain the best part of RE5.
I see no issue with the first person view, it give more room on screen and doesn't take anything away.
I still play RE:5 Mercs/Reunion to this day, so I'm very excited for this game(and the 3DS). Resident Evil on the go, the way it's meant to look! I'm still not sure of the walking, first person deal. Hmmm...
Also, I love how the game's announcer says, "The Mercenaries 3D", in the same voice as past Resident Evil titles.

The Rocket Launcher for that ONE guy was uncalled for, and those multiple nut shots are hilarious. All Looks Nice
Cannot wait for this game, I am totally nuts about the mercenaries game mode! I sometimes go back into re4 mercenaries using hunk, always a blast. It's nice to see that you can move while applying aid spray.
Can't wait for both of these re games. For mercs main thing I wish for is a raccoon city level with nemesis

I was thinking that too, but no there probably just colored like that, so it looks better and pop out in 3D more. See with the 3DS, they have to think about things differently. Like the user interface is just as important in 3D, as the game itself, to help create the depth.

I'm very happy to see that Claire is still human sized and is not following in big brother's footsteps, abusing steroids to gain the ability to punch boulders...
But in all seriousness, game looks great. :] I wasn't that interested before, but depending on the price, I just may pick this one up!

I don't think the third person to first person switching is going to be a problem at all. It worked really well in Metal Gear Solid 2, so I don't see why it wouldn't here.
