I think it was an act of subterfuge, not love. The zombies are happily married, so the hot chicks have decided to try and break them up by instigating an affair. I think it proves even more that hot chicks hate zombies, since they're willing to fuck one just to upset their happiness.
The above paragraph represents the most amount of thought anyone has ever put into Onechanbara's marketing.
