After my old (but purchased brand new and sealed) Xbox 360 was banned from Xbox Live for no given reason, I've been terrified to do anything with it. This is why I've not created an American Live account to circumvent the Europeans getting screwed right the hell over on game demos, and why I am currently too timid to access the Eternal Sonata demo that should be available for everybody else right now. Isn't it funny how so far it's only the games from Japan that have trouble reaching Europe? Freakin' racists, the lot of 'em. They hate our tea and our monocles.
However, Eternal Sonata has been looking good for a while, and it seems to be overshadowed by the bigger Blue Dragon. Personally, I feel Sonata may actually turn out to be the better game of the two and am looking forward to it more so than Dragon, which felt a bit too run-of-the-mill in the short time I had with the demo (although lyrics during boss fight tunes are made of win).
Of course, if you have a Japanese account, this is really old news to you. The demo's been on Japanese Live for an eon.

Still, Stranglehold demo tomorrow apparently. Would be nice if that was up in the UK too.
What would be real nice would be if we had some UK exclusive gamerpics liek the americans get a load of exclusive themes and stuff. I wouldn't mind a Stressed Eric gamerpic or a Garth Marenghi"s Darkplace theme.
Blue Dragon, on the other hand, WTF? Is that game not fun at all, or did I just not understand what I was doing?
You should be able to register a fake account safely; MS might ban your fake account, but likely not the whole console. Then again, no source from MS ever really shed light on it so no, you can't be 100% sure :(
Btw , yYou can also wrap your banned 360 in a towel and return it to the store you bought it from. Sometimes they don't refer you to MS but give you a new one instead.
And yeah, fuck Blue Dragon and give us Eternal Sonata!
Blue Dragon won't be everyone's fave but what matters is we have not one, but two good jrpgs, joining the 360 games library. Nice options from a those fps games. I just hope both Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata get good sales.
Now, if we can get Success Corps' Operation Darkness for 360 next year, and that would really give me a happy new year. That games got online options, a rare thing for a jrpg. Bring it on.
Eternal Sonata: Full of Pure Win. Love the art style and the approach to combat. REALLY looking forward to this one.

Luckily for us Europeans we're still gonna be getting the game though, thanks to Atari (that sounds wierd), and I highly agree that Eternal Sonata will be a better game than Blue Dragon, which I feel only has the attention its recieved because of the people behind it!
BD demo kinda just felt wrong, especially when it gives you upper tier magic in a weak area of the game. ES left a better impression, but i won't be running out the door to purchase either of them like I once hoped i would.
Too bad I'll be too busy playing Bioshock, Mass Effect and H3 to even notice these two games are even out
As for Blue Dragonball Z, from what I played; I think it blows to be honest. It plays like a cheap RPG from 10 years ago, and for gods sake, can Akira Toriyama draw some different characters once in awhile? Seriously, was Chrono Trigger the only game that didn't have a Dragonball lookalike?

damn it man, we should really make our on consoles again or not give Japan and America demos of our games. Just imagine if there was a demo of GTAIV and only Europe could play it :D
I hope that MS wasn’t lying at E3 when they said Europe would get the same content as America. We will just have to wait and see.
