Mega ManeShop sale: Mega Man X, Dr. Wily's Revenge for $2 each photo

Nintendo has been rolling out two-day eShop sales and the latest duo is Mega Man X (Wii U) and Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge (3DS). These games are down to two bucks each until December 18 at 8:59am Pacific.

Whether you're a diehard fan of the franchise or not, I think many of us have a go-to Mega Man game that we never grow tired of playing. For me, that's undoubtedly Mega Man X, which I've come to respect more and more as the years go by (see: Egoraptor's Sequelitis video).

Dr. Wily's Revenge, on the other hand, I vaguely remember being decent at the time. Looking at it now, the beefy box art cracks me up. Shame we don't have SNES games on the 3DS eShop.

Nintendo Download: Kirby and the Rainbow Curse

Sin and Punishment 2 and Pandora's Tower come out next month for Wii U in Japan

Sin and Punishment: Star Successor and Pandora's Tower are two of my favorite Wii games, and now they're coming to the Wii U eShop. As per Nintendo's YouTube channel they will both be arriving next month in Japan -- the former has a March 25 date, with the latter coming earlier on March 4. Both games support the Classic Controller, in case you were wondering.more
