Escape Goat is double jumping to PC
Retro fans will be pleased to know that Xbox Live Indie hit Escape Goat is heading to PC. Created basically by the one man show Ian Stocker, Escape Goat is a short, incredibly fun puzzle platformer with a rockin' soundtrack. The game is also a heartwarming tale of a Goat, a Mouse, and the friendship that transcends time and space -- well, not really, but it's still an awesome retro game with a rockin' soundtrack. Hopefully the transition nets Ian as much success as Cthulhu Saves The World had when it made the jump from XBLI to Steam. Xbox Live Indie has some really awesome games on their service, but they tend to get buried if they don't make the "X Gaming Site's Best Indie Games Ever!" list. Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)YES! The music in this game is so badass, I'm glad it's coming to a potentially more welcoming platform! Also, those 'X Best Indie Games' lists really do need frequent updating, better taste, or a much bigger number. Maybe a list for each genre, because the indie marketplace is such a chore to navigate, and they really should do something about it. Amazing news, I've been having a great time with the game on 360 and was waiting for this announcement. It'll get way more exposure now. This game was very short, but I had fun the entire way through. I loved the soundtrack, it was very reminiscent of Castlevania tunes. 5:00 PM on 05.20.2013 Review: ReusThe prosperous settlement of Castletown had everything its residents could possibly desire. Lumbering giants had turned a once barren wasteland into a fertile coastal forest, and like titanic servants they had places mines, p...
