EPIX app releasing for PlayStation 3 and Vita this year
Later this year, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita owners in the United States will be able to download the EPIX app which provides streaming access to a library containing some 3,000 movies, concerts, sports, and original programming. The application itself is going to be free, but viewers will need to be an EPIX subscriber to actually make use of it. If you happen to get the channel from your cable provider or elsewhere, know that the PS3 launch is happening this quarter, followed by the Vita launch sometime this spring. Did you know?
