There was another... who came before you... he was a hero and your brother and my son...

He fought the darkness... the darkness won...

This September, Archie will publish Mega Man #17, kicking off a new arc that officially introduces the Red Bomber himself, Blues a.k.a. Proto Man. I'm excited, you're excited, Ian Flynn is excited, I'm making bean dip and throwing a kegger. It's about to go down, son!

The story will detail Proto's creation and his reasons for parting ways with Dr. Light. Below, we've got a pair of teaser sketches from the upcoming issue that show off an early armor for the silent renegade. Before he got himself that Racer X helmet and those killer shades, his design was closer in style to that of a Sniper Joe, basically a mass-produced Proto Man.

Proto Man, guys. I'm geeking out over here.

Farts 'N' Crafts: Watch Dogs Vs. Mortal Kombat Vs. Garfield

Here on Farts 'N' Crafts, we tackle a lot of hard-hitting issues. And by hard-hitting issues, I specifically mean "bodily fluids," which is almost ironic considering the show's title. We've done dog feces, we've gone hedgeho...more

All characters should be redone in the style of Bubble Bobble for maximum cuteness

Hamza and I are huge fans of Paul Robertson's pixel art and animation, though the same could be said of everyone here at Destructoid, I suspect. He's one of the best. Trips to Robertson's blog are always a treat, albeit for d...more
