I'm all about videogame art and while Art Attack Friday may more or less be dead, we won't stop bringing you brilliant pieces of artwork when they pop up all over the Internet. Thanks to GamOvr, I stumbled upon this Dead Space 2 piece that could very well be concept art straight from Visceral Games.
As it turns out, this work of art was done by Jessada-Nuy over on deviantART. The piece was done for the cover of the latest issue of Future Gamer Magazine over in Thailand. No clue as to when that issue will hit or if it even already has.
In any case, I think we're all in agreement on just how badass this piece is.
Dead Space 2 [All Games Beta, via GamOvr]
Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

Dude, It's this March's issue. I'm really glad they hired someone to do the cover since the old guy who did the previouses really suck hard.
