I am the moderator of Yet Another Gaming Show, a videogaming netcast on from The Fancy Pants Gangsters at fancypantsgangsters.com. I've started Yet Another Gaming Blog not only as shameless promotion for the site, but also because it gives me an excuse to start writing again.

I would consider myself a "softcore" player (and not just because of my love of David Duchovny) in that I am somewhere in between hardcore and casual player. In terms of playing, I tend to be 6 months to a year behind the latest releases, unless there is something absolutely pressing like another Shadow Hearts game or a paid review. I tend to avoid multiplayer games and console FPSs in general, but loves me some big fat nonsensical JRPG shit. I used to say I must get at least 1 hour of play for every dollar I spend, which I have since revised due to fantastic experiences with stuff like Uncharted and Bioshock.
